Defendant: Michael R. Ryan, 5 Kwiecinski St., West Haverstraw, NY, 38 yrs. old. Charges: Aggravated DWI Date & Time: Sunday morning at 3:30 AM Details: Defendant was stopped after an officer on radar patrol on Rt. 202 observed him driving erratically on this road by swerving and continually drastically changing the speed of his vehicle. After being arrested he was given a breathalyzer where he was found to be over three times the legal limit. 18 Year Old Suffern Resident charged with Criminal Mischief

On March 22, 2015 at approximately 1:15pm, a Ramapo Police Officer on patrol observed a vehicle being operated on the Orchard Hill Park Baseball Field.  The officer observed damaged to the field as a result of this vehicle being operated in this manner. The officer arrested the vehicle operator, an 18 year old male from Suffern NY.  He was charged with Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.  He is currently being held in the Town of Ramapo Police lockup.

Hoffman and the Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor (OIFP) announced that an unlicensed former doctor and her husband were indicted today for billing a medical insurance company more than $172,000 for treatments that were not rendered to patients. Lynda Stambaugh-Lupo, 52, and Michael Lupo, 61, both of Jackson, were charged by the state grand jury with second-degree conspiracy, second-degree health care claims fraud and second-degree theft by deception.
